A stool in which a “digital stone”—scanned in 3D, transformed and printed—rests on natural stone chosen in Boryeong. The printed PLA is plated in gold and fitted to the contours of the stone below by digital geuraengi.
Stacking the original stone and its transformed copy takes the dolmen as its formal motif. As real stone and digital stone become one body, the boundary between original and copy begins to waver.
